Do you provide implementation support ?

Yes. All of our plans include free support and we provide implementation services to all of our clients. We can help with every aspect of your project, from data import to customizations and production support. Please contact us if you require a quote.

What is involved to change systems ?

From our point of view, this can be done in 3 steps:

  1. sign-up to a 14-day free trial to test drive the system.
  2. once ready, subscribe to a pay plan. A blank new live production database will be created and read for live transact.
  3. prepare & import the live data using our data tools.
Is it possible to modify certain aspects of the system ?

In most cases, yes. We can discuss your needs over the phone or via a remote meeting. Following that, we will provide you with a quote to confirm. Once the task has been approved, we will complete it and make it available on our test platform for you to review before it goes live.

What modules are included ?

Each plan includes all Qblue Inventory features. For the Lite plan, the Manufacturing module has an additional cost of $39 per month.
